This entire core is encased in a Stainless Steel Sheath, which provides the necessary mechanical rigidity and oxidation resistance for demanding industrial environments.
The design prioritizes even heat distribution across the entire flat surface. For OEM integration—such as in packaging lines or plastic extruders—this prevents “hot spots” that can damage sensitive materials. This engineering feature ensures consistent thermal output, which is critical for maintaining high product quality and reducing component stress in specialized systems.
To accommodate diverse engineering layouts, we offer several configuration options:
- Post Terminals: Available in offset or parallel arrangements for secure bolted connections.
- Flexible Leads: Options include Metal Braid Leads for abrasion resistance and Fiberglass Leads for high-temperature flexibility.

Yes. Beyond standard specifications, we offer flexible customization for OEM integration. This includes specialized Mounting Slots (optional as per the structural diagram) and custom lengths or widths.
